Luxurious independent living apartments

Torrens Health are proposing to develop an over 55’s apartment style Independent Living building on Belair Road at Kingswood. These proposed residences promise to offer unparalleled comfort and sophistication amidst the tranquil ambiance of this leafy neighbourhood.

Each apartment will be equipped with the necessary amenities and are tailored to the needs and lifestyles of individual residents. In addition, Torrens Health will also offer a range of home care services and supports as and when required to enable individuals to maintain their independence. We believe these facilities will benefit the local community, especially those looking to downsize and stay in the local area. The Development Application is currently under assessment by council.
